We spent a week in this hotel and everything was perfect, the apartment is large, bright and very well appointed, it is very quiet and we sleep very well there. The cleaning is perfect and the staff attentive.
The location is just perfect, very close to the city center, everything on foot and free parking is available.

Every need a person could have seems to have been thought of and catered to. The shower was excellent. Comfortable bed. I find I can only sleep with a very flat pillow so I appreciated that there was a thin cushion I could use for my pillow rather than the four bigger pillows. The cleaning staff did a great job each day. Spacious, quiet, great lighting, nice balcony, very helpful at reception when I needed to book a taxi and needed to check in late and check out early. Great central location, a few mins walk from the bus stop from which you can take a one hour bus journey to Rethymno which has a fantastic beach.

The property is new, clean, well decorated rooms nice and comfortable bed and really large rooms. Wi-Fi speed was great . didn’t have any problem with it during my stay. Location is nice close to the centre of CHANIA Town. I really enjoyed the stay and really the staff were very friendly and Helped me a lot espicially a guy named “KOSTAL” was very professional and helpful. diffinately will come again to this hotel.

When you arrive at the Ruby Luxury Suites, it feels like you are at home. The people who work there (especially Kostas) are incredibly helpful and kind. They are very supportive to your wishes. For example, arrange day trips, introduction to wonderful restaurants, local attractions, etc. They even invited us to their official opening! The location is very convenient. It is easy to reach any spots. It also locates in a quiet side street. The hotel facilities are a bit different. The owners have decorated it more like a home than a hotel. The standard and quality of the furniture is very good. It made us more relaxed when we stayed there. The fully equipped kitchen also made our stay more comfortable. I was a little surprised to see a real fully functional kitchen. Overall, highly recommended! We enjoyed our stay there very much!
